New Year, New Goals

As 2015 begins, my new short-term goal is to run 100 miles in 100 days. This should take me into April. As of today, I have run 6.32 miles–94 miles to go.

I also took another step and joined the local YMCA to add swimming to my cross-training program.

I made a wise decision and used my gift certificates to my favorite running store to purchase a pair of Hoka Stinsons, and I love them. I feel like I’m running on a cloud. They are so cushiony and I love the race-lace. Up to now, all I ever wore were Brooks, but I think I will be becoming a Hoka girl from here on out.
