I’m back after being MIA for a few weeks.
Work issues, bad weather, and sickness bumped my training back a few steps, but this week I began making up for lost time. I began using Serena Williams’ interval training program (available via iTunes). I ❤️ it! It has great, hip hop music. I’ve increased my weekly mileage by 2 miles (averaging 15 miles/week), which is good for me (a lazy person by nature.)
I was disappointed in myself that I did not run the first race that I signed up for 2015. I’m a real wuss when it comes to running in sub-freezing weather and icy streets. The ground hog make have seen his shadow but
I’m still busy at work, and I will be until after Easter, but I won’t be too busy to keep up with my running.
